This practice needs to stop and the Internet should be delivered by ISPs without any manipulation.

Today with multiple content providers providing caching and peering services, ISPs are deliberately shaping traffic according to the cost of their uplinks to different services and this is resulting in poor experiences for end-users. Providing better low latency content with peering is a good practice but shaping traffic according to the destination is a practice which ISPs need to stop in order to deliver better broadband experiences for their subscribers.
